Your attorney has an ethical obligation to keep your information confidential, and he or she needs your complete candor in order to properly represent you.

You have a right to access all information in your file at your attorney's office.  If you do not understand something, or are unsure why your attorney is taking certain actions, feel free to ask. You are entitled to answers to all of your questions. Your attorney is on your side protecting your best interests.
